Jim Vogel has been involved in asset-based lending his entire career starting with First Interstate Commercial Corp where he held the positions of auditor, loan officer and audit manager. He then worked as a senior auditor for Congress Financial working on large, complex and new business audits. His experience includes two years with US Bank as Vice-President of new business development. Jim has been working as an independent collateral auditor since 1999 performing audits for local and national banks as well as asset-based lenders.

Bill McOmie has over twenty years experience in the asset-based lending industry including positions with Foothill Capitol, United Bank of Denver, First Interstate Commercial Corp. and Congress Financial. Bill recently worked for five years as CFO for PDS Inc., a Denver staffing company specializing in the IT industry. Bill's experience includes work in all areas of asset-based lending from auditing to managing a full service loan office and performing loan workouts.
